It’s a big one this week enough to keep you going over the festive period as I will be taking a couple of weeks off.

I was joined by that nice Paul Lane from UnplugThejukebox and Doyle and Ben fromDoyle & The Forefathers who apart from playing a brand new song and an old favourite, join us in putting the world of music to rights.

I kick off with a very xmasie tune by the wonderful Salme Dahlstrom followed by Black & White Christmas by Isle of Mann band Postcode. The two “Doyles” then give us a brand new tune call Spend a lot of time alone from their soon to be released album which is then followed by Sometimes from The Lost Souls Club, then Pick up Sticksfrom Super Adventure Club. I then play the the tune that gave me the idea to do an xmas special in the first place We Three Kings by the glorious King Never followed by Paul’s choice Future at Last by the very excellent Woven Bird

A bumper episode this week full of wonderful stuff.

My opening track was from the magnificent Schnauser followed by the small but perfectly formed Clara Barker. An exclusive little track from Indigo Earth (I think), then that nice Mr Paul Lane from Unplug the Jukebox came in and told us about Under the Laurels and Johnny 5th Wheel and the Cowards. Veronica from Boobie Wednesday told us about her site and if you click here you can see this weeks “pair of the week” and they belong to Veronica herself.

Next came a great track from Japanese indie band Suinseinoboaz with many thanks to Jpoplover for that. The sadly one off “Song Story” featured the the mighty Matt Stevens .

I then played the great Fez mentioning that if you love them or have nothing better to do then pop over to https://www.myspace.com/becksmusic and vote for them. I then played beautiful tracks fro The LCD and Tom Caulfield finishing off with a live instrumental from me.

A bit early this week due to other media commitments!

Full of quality music as ever I played the beautiful April Maybe May, the nutty Clare Barker ( I think!), the very cool Sonny, the proggy Triangle exception, the drawly Tracy Shaun, the eclectic FledderJohn, the too cool for school Hot Vamp Club, the very talented Menn Arsins, the peace man Kidd Russell, the sublime Planes Over Paris and me, good old Nick!

Many shout outs to my Twitter followers, a sting from Haunted Stereo (deff a giggle there) and general podcasting malarky.
