It appears that the Markers Mark did the trick this week as I whizzed through the podcast at record speed!

I started off with and old favourite Diana by The Wilton Project, then a most beautiful tune by April Maybe May called Sugar & Mess and then Alibi by Planes Over Paris. Then came my interview with the delightful Anja McClosky who told me all about her imminent tour of America next month. If you’re about try and catch her to say hi.

I also played Anja’s amazing tunes Stephanie IV. Pam Shaffer’s track Henry followed this then a word or two from that nice Paul Lane from Unplug the Jukebox. Steve Lowis’s Rescue and newly named Alligator Indian and their top track Prospect Park.

I finished off with a track I recorded on my honeymoon in 2006, lets just call it Slide.

Yes, a special with some fantastic music by bands who were part of Southampton’s Music In The City Festival. I start with an awesome track by a very nice man who I met in the Quilters Vault yesterday called Mr Marvin B Naylor click his name to go straight to his bandcamp site, it’s all good. Next Doyle and the Forefathers and live version of their new single Guvnor of Giving up that I recorded at their session yesterday buy the album by clicking the little button here . A little chat from Paul Lane from Unplug the Jukebox about MutantVinyl and Ask Alfie (who is also reviewed by Paul here)then a track about his crop circle making father by Jim Chorley. A little flava of Route To Routes recorded live yesterday then another live recording of The Real Raj who was magnificent also recorded yesterday at Southampton’s Music In The City festival. Then to finish the whole thing off a brand new tune by me played live today! Buy my rubbish here

This is the second in a series of mini podcasts aimed at being inserted as a feature in existing podcasts and radio shows and lasts just five minutes and features three samples of music from Matt Stevens, Sand River and Sonny.

It’s all part of my plan to take over the world, get people to listen independent non signed artists and to make some bloody money!

Apologies to Ben for doing unthinkable things to his design, I just needed something in a hurry.
